| Len has had wide exposure to both the business and artistic side of life.
He studied science, philosophy and psychiatry at the University of Toronto, where he taught for several years. He then left academia to become a stage and screen actor in the tradition of Grotowski's Poor Theatre method.
He lived with natives and inuit for two years in northern Quebec, where he taught self-identity in the face of invalidation, and learned traditional native philosophy.
He studied architecture and music, and had careers in printing, publishing and retail advertising, before creating a multimedia design company, which developed educational and corporate multimedia. A partnership with Rome led to the creation of the first multimedia CD in Canada.
As a writer, he has published several technical books and articles for the business world, and has written The Badtime Stories for children, and Digital Women and Involuntary Nirvana for adults.
His weakness for stray animals has led him to study Jungian psychoanalysis and tai chi, with limited results.
He established and moderated Salon 425 for the GeneralCreative collective over the past two years.
