The East Side Institute for Group and Short Term Psychotherapy is an international training and research center for new approaches to human development and community building based in New York City. Since the mid-1970s, they have worked to change psychology from a diagnostic, evaluative (and often stigmatizing) social science into a positive and creative force for the emotional, social and cultural development of all people and their communities.
